All translations whether performed in-house or via our freelance network will be subject to a secondary proofread and revision prior to delivery. This is not an additional fee payable service it is all included within our fees.

Our approved network consists of independently vetted translators, who then are accessed via an internal process before being appointed.

Quality and service levels are then monitored to ensure consistently high levels of accuracy, delivery, style and overall output are maintained.

Translators falling below the required standard are replaced.

Many of the translators in our approved network are situated in mainland Spain, so cultural appreciation, language movements and industry developments are fully incorporated into their everyday lives and their work.
